A new 24 unit assisted living facility, which combined 16 assisted living single and double efficiencies as well as a 8 unit memory care wing.
This facility, which is in Iola, Wisconsin, an inclusion of the community within this building was desired. A large, flexible community room was designed as a feature of the building to provide a connection with Iola, allowing others within the community to use the space.
The rural, wooded site helped drive a layout to the building that afforded many of the units to have views out into the surrounding landscape.
The assisted living wing and memory care wing, while separate entities are connected by an open lobby/ living space of which the community room opens upon.
